Orange is one of the biggest trends on the runways, for Fall-Winter 2015-16. Seen predominantly in New York Fashion Week, the colour is increasingly proving to be a great way to make a statement. Plus, it’s different– it’s not cliched like red or black, and is actually pretty versatile.

Today was the sacred thread ceremony of one of my cousins. It called for an Indian outfit, so I went with this (new!) anarkali. This cut is actually hugely flattering, especially on taller people. I love the length, and the contrasting dupatta. And the flare! The only mildly annoying part was the stone work which caught my hair, and made my braid messy (first world problems).

Hope you have a wonderful week ahead! Why not incorporate orange into your wardrobe this week? Try it!
